TRANSPERFECT MOUNTAIN CHALLENGE 2025

Registrations are closed, but you can still join us on Sunday for music, food and the after race party.

We are thrilled to bring the TMC to Barcelona and the amazing Collserola Natural Park this year. Learn below about the exciting activities we have prepared for you and all the details you’d need to enjoy an unforgettable day with friends and family.

The venue is easily accessible by public transport, metro and bus. There is also a large free parking area. The Velòdrom Municipal d’Horta is located at the foot of the Collserola Natural Park and also very close to the House of Xuklis, the building where Afanoc provides support to families with children undergoing cancer treatment.

Trail running, nature walks and orienteering are among the activities you’ll be able to enjoy. You can also join us for the music, food and entertainment starting at noon, no registration needed. We’ll have a selection of drinks, fideuà, vegan paella, croquetas, pasta bolognese and salads. All eco and sustainable food provided by a Boncor, a WISE (work integration social enterprise) local company.

Keep reading below for details on each and practical information. And remember online registrations end on April 3rd! So don’t leave it for the last minute and join us on this inspiring day of sport, solidarity, friends and fun in nature!

See below the different activities you can enjoy on April 6th!

TRAIL RUNNING or NATURE WALK

Distance: 5km or 10km
Duration: between 30 min and 3 hours, depending on your pace

Run in the beautiful forest of the Collserola Natural Park following single track trails and paths in a fun and fast-paced course! The terrain for this race is not very technical.

It is pretty easy to walk or run on this path, suitable for all physical levels. If you’re looking for a nice and fun challenge in the woods, this one is perfect for you!

BPM Custom Socks has manufactured these exclusive trail running socks for the event that will be on sale that day. Also, there will be a special timed sector in the 5km and 10km runs where the fastest runners will win a pair of these socks.

Track 10 km:

ORIENTEERING

Distance:
Depends on your choice of course, about 4km for the short course and 8km for the long one.
Levels: short (entry level and families) and long distance (participants with experience)

You will start with a topographical map where the terrain is represented along with a number of control points to be found sequentially in order to complete a course in the shortest time.

The short distance level in orienteering allows for participants from all levels, including families with children, to enjoy a fun race. Those with previous experience will enjoy the long distance course, a more challenging race, either individually or in teams.

TRACK CYCLING

Are you passionate about cycling? Participants will be given the unique opportunity to ride a track bicycle in the Olympic Velodrome. Go around the track for 1€ per lap, which will be fully donated to Afanoc. Also, the local custom socks manufacturer BPM Custom Socks will produce an exclusive and limited edition of 20 pairs of cycling socks for this activity.
